Our flexible menus can be tweaked to suit your personal taste, the occasion and your chosen venue. We have hundreds of delicious recipes, including many exotic and delicious dishes Mama Jen has collected in her development work around the world. Try dishes from West Africa, Indonesia, the South Pacific, the Philippines, the Mediterranean coastline or South America.
If you remember a favourite dish from your travels, we’re game to create it for you. Traditional Aussie favourites? We’re delighted to conjure them up too. And desserts - ah, that’s where our magic truly sparkles!
